As title states. Looking for ideas for my K2500 Burb. All input accepted.

Current theoretical plans:
Winch bumper (thinking Buckstop)
Warn M12000 winch
Roof rack with LEDs
New center console (possibly Expedition/Excursion?)
Some sort of storage box in the back
6.4 F-350 auxiliary switch bank
CB radio w/ 102" whip antenna

I'd get a pair of those red 7 row G2 LED taillights from Anzo/SPPC/Amerilite.

I wish I'd known about them when I did my taillights, instead I got new smoked lenses, bulbs from SuperBrightLEDs, and reman circuit boards.

I just installed a console out of a 2006 Tahoe in my 97 Silverado, after doing a seat swap to a set of 96 Tahoe seats. Tahoe seats are a perfect match to my OE but are buckets with arm rest, where I had 60-40.

How hard was it to swap in that console? I really like the look of it!

I have absolutely no clue if I like lightbars. I do have a pair of new (never installed but had them a while) KC 6" Daylighters in a box in the garage.

The Esky console probably won't work for me, since I'm really wanting to swap from the NP246 to an NP241 with the correct 400 shifter bezel, and also possibly considering an NV4500, since I really miss having a manual transmission.

I would call it "daily weekender" or something like that. Basically stock+. Little more capable off road than stock, good for going camping for a few days, towing a good sized trailer for work or play, etc...
Nothing massive, but just a few decent upgrades.

Also maybe thinking about an ARB Air Locker up front and a Detroit Locker out back.

I'd also like a set of '15 style tow mirrors.
