Greetings from Indianapolis. About a year ago my 98 year old granddad wanted to give me his 98 GMC C1500 LB, and I gladly took him up on it. It's pretty beat up, and rust is pretty bad on the underbody, but it's a truck. Some day I'll get my hands on a pristine K1500 LB OBS but for now this will do.
I'm just going to fix the main issues with it and get it useable, a full restoration is not in the cards for this thing sadly. Maybe a sas, it's doubtful but I won't rule it out. Anyway glad to have found such a large active forum for these trucks, definitely my favorite body style.
