NV4500 PLEASE use right fluid

there is no stock gm engine with to much torque for a nv4500 tranny, did they at least hand you a jar of vasaline, when they took your money? thats why i dont let nobody touch my stuff. TIC.

I just purchased a 1995 with a NV4500 attached to a 5.7. I want to change the fluid because I am not aware of the history of the trans. I went to the local Chevy dealer and they were having trouble pulling up a current part number.

What is the name, P/N of the Amsoil fluid, and are there any other aftermarket options?

Anyone know the GM P/N?

Amsoil MTG is the Amsoil

The GM part number is GM 12346190

Those are the only two I would use. I'm currently running the Amsoil and its shifting good
