Hello,
I am currently in the process of building my 2 door Tahoe. I’m swapping the 350 for a gen vi big block, the 4l60 for a 4l80, and swapping the differentials for those out of an 03 2500 HD. I am hung up on the transfer case though. Its the last piece of the puzzle but I have read that the harness is different for the 263 compared to a 243. I considered going AWD but I would rather not commit myself to that. If anyone has any ideas to the steps I should take for the tcase, I would appreciate the help immensely

Current build:
Gen IV 454, bored .030, AFR 325 enforcers, 10.4:1, edlebrock pro flow 4 on the way
AAM1050 14 bolt rear diff
9.5” front diff
GMT800 lowers, knuckles, cv axles, master cylinder and brakes

Thank you for you help,
Jordan

Sounds like a cool build. Can you share some photos? I saw your other thread...

I don't know the answer to your question, but maybe... there's a member here that has a [email protected]$$ Yukon rig... Don Yukon? My mind just went blank

Yeah I’ll get some put up soon, figured out the Tcase I think. Gonna go with a AMG 242, swap shift forks and buy a cable through the floor

Maybe I did not search correctly but could not find your build thread or reference to the 454 in any titles. At any rate very nice! Maybe post the photo above and edit your title on the 6.0 swap you initially posted?
