i am working on a 90 k1500..I just changed out the motor and started the truck ..it ran for 10 and died like it was out of gas...it has gas ..started checking around and found no power to the fuel pump fuse on fire wall..Now along with motor i changed out the fuel tank, fuel lines, pump, pump relayand i still not getting any fuel...could it b the ecm....i put the scanner on it and it reads truck not responding...dont know what to do next ..any idears
