    Somebody with a volt meter and the attitude of "this damn thing ain't gonna beat me" will have that truck running in a day or so and as someone said got a helluva deal.

    Guys like this are what pay for my vacations. I just got an 08 trailblazer for free because the 3/4 clutch burned up, $700 bucks and some elbow grease I have a $4k suv for sale.

    I do that for a living. The problems aren't any harder, just on much more complex equipment with VERY expensive downtime. Attitudes like that are why I get paid.

    I think I have met a few of your cousins over the years. That is what it takes to not let a machine get the best of you. And yes I do know how to spell "meter" which I just fixed. The guy who invented autocorrect should be hung by his equipment.
