Purchased a 96 Tahoe and only have key for the ignition which was changed for original at some point. Anyway. It has a hitch and I want to remove it but it has a pin that I don’t have a key to. Is it hard to cut this pin off? Will a sawzall do it?

Next time just try biffing the lock cylinder with a hammer. I removed one like this before.

Last time I took a hitch off in a junkyard I used a prybar to break the hitch lock...

I’ve hit them with hammers and been able to lock them back afterward lol
