Compare that to

1. Battery positive to negative
2. Positive cable at fuse box to ground. The cable runs across the top of the fan shroud and ends at a post at the fuse box.

The idea is to see if you have a large drop somewhere between the alternator and, eventually, the fan.

Checked it all. Got right volts going to the relay and resistor and all. Blower blows not hard with new one
