You should do a write up on the nv4500 rebuild. I'm thinkin about one when my hm290 craps out.

Late update!! I got some good and some bad news..

Good news is I got my truck back from the frame shop on Friday. And It is better than it was..

Still a couple problems remain: Torsion bar is still a bit curved, and the wheel is still pushed back about a half inch or so.

Hopefully this will be fixed by replacing the tbar, and both passenger side control arms, which will happen in the next few weeks..

Bad news..
Long story short. The very next day, I lost first and part of second gear. (Definitely frame shops doing...:Frustrated::nono:..)
The truck now has massive distances between shifts, like a semi or dump truck.


So now, priorities have changed a bit and the nv4500 rebuild/swap will be coming sooner than expected. :Good or Bad:

What did the frame shop do to mess up the tranny?
