While trying to pull the power steering pulley the lip on the pulley started to fail. Had to get caveman on it.
BTDT. I had a new pump, but ended up having to run out and buy a new pulley for $20. The $40 Harbor Freight power steering pulley tool is a champ, but I'd skip the $20 one.

Doesn't seem like too bad of a price, I think I paid around $400 for my Delphi unit in my 98. Wished I would've gone to the MPFI though.

Bought mine on Amazon just like this too. AcDelco. Cost $307.87 on 8/22/2014.

Looks like it came apart relatively OK too. Worst part of doing the lower manifold is getting the distributor in correctly. So I have been told anyway, haven't done this job yet. Not particularly looking forward to it......
