New winch bumper

Just installed my custom built winch bumper. I have some lights for the bar but have yet to install them. The guy that built it for me is in the Charlotte area. His primary work is on land rovers, but he was so happy with how this turned out he wants to make more obs stuff. Now to pick out a winch...

This is the shop that made the bumper, the guy's name is Will. Bumper was around $750.

What were the measurements of this from side to side and top to bottom? I'm wanting to make one like this but can't find anything for the right measurements to use.
