Is there any benefit to the 120 cluster? I did see one in the classified, he hasn't replied but in case he does.
That depends on how fast you drive. If you drive over 100 MPH, then yes there is a benefit. The needles on the 120 cluster are white until you put the lights on, then they turn yellow, and the background turns blueish green. Here's mine.

Yes, it can be swapped. I have had mine out a time or two, on both my 97 OE cluster and my Denali cluster. I think the Denali cluster is out of a 99. You can advance the miles, but it's pretty tamper proof to subtract the miles.
