question though would the grounds affect the signal coming out of the TPS when cause Im testing at the tps and getting a low signal voltage.
Maybe not but, it may cause issues with how the PCM reacts to the signal. Again, see if you can calibrate your TPS so it is .5v - 4.5v+ idle to WOT

no change gonna find somewhere else to ground them thermostat bolt was very rusty. question though would the grounds affect the signal coming out of the TPS when cause Im testing at the tps and getting a low signal voltage.
if the ground isnt proper yes you would definitely have an issue. your TPS gets and sends to the PCM And if the ground isnt working it cant do it normally - simplest way to state it
