Need help installing Compustar CM900 in 1995 K2500

I got the remote start portion installed and it works great. I just need to hook up the lock and unlock wires. I built a relay box to pulse a +12v instead of negative from the Compustar unit. I thought the lt blue and white wires in the driver's kick panel were the lock and unlock. They light up like the should when tested. When I try to pulse them with 12v I blow the fuse powering my relays. I tried jumping the white wire straight to battery and no luck either. Am I trying to connect to the wrong wires? This is a 6.5 diesel

What year and cab configuration? Some crew and Suburban trucks have a relay, others require a 5 wire alternating 12 volt positive setup with 2 relays to run the locks.
