Just got a great deal on my K1500, and in love with it already... regardless of the rough edges.

1997 Third door z71 with z82 package

12" Lift with 37" tires. She's been sitting awhile, so I've had my hands full of maintenance and brittle parts. Tire look brand new and they are 6 years old and you wouldn't know it.
I'm trying to figure out the best front brake upgrade, and have been reading about the NBS brake swap.
I've got a ton of new parts sitting in boxes, but functionality comes first.

I'm in Charlotte, but not for long. I just purchased 12+ acres in Ellenboro, hence the need for a truck.

It will be interesting to see how that much of a lift does doing "truck stuff". That is a TALL truck. Good idea to make it functional before the go fast stuff. Way too many skip that step.
