I'm Awesome
Bought this for 1200 bucks from the old man. He needed the money and doesn't like driving trucks with a clutch anymore. All she needs is the heavy oil leak at the oil filter housing fixed and the rear brakes popped the wheel cylinders since it sat for years before the old man got it and used it once. And the dash and tail lights aren't working. The fuse isn't blown or anything, they just don't work.
I plan to put a brush guard, 2" rear induction hood, and cab visor on her. After I get the brakes done and can afford the gas I'm gonna daily it to school and work. It has a 4spd with low and is 4x4. It's factory buckets too. It's a great truck. I did all the work on it for the guy that owned it before my dad did. I put a clutch in it just last year and it continued to sit and be used from time to time. In May Dad bought it for 2500 and took it on a road trip across the country when we moved. It ended up blowing a tire and getting a bad bubble on another one so he put another 1k into tires. He's giving me a deal on it because he needs the cash.
Still not as sweet a truck as my '89, but better than my 2000. I really dig the Mickey Thompson bullet holes it has.
