I have that box in white, it's what I roll over to what I'm working one...has been a great box!
It looked like a good deal, and I cannot wait to get to work loading it tonight. A buddy of mine offered me a vintage Bonanza minibike needing a lot of work but with a damn near new predator Ohv engine with a centrifugal clutch on it Price for everything $200. Oh how I am torn. On one hand I want another minibike so bad, on the other hand I really do not need another project to suck time and money.

Mini bikes suck. They’re Chinese trash. Spend extra and get a Japanese dirt bike. Probably the wrong forum for this but i can’t pass up the opportunity to keep someone from wasting money on that crap like I did.

Predator might be made in China, but in my experience it's not bad. My race team captain left gas sitting in our generator for over a year and it's gummed up. I tore that thing all the way down so I could pull the carburetor apart. Compared to the no-brand-name Chinese pit bike that also got left with gummy gas, the Predator is very nicely made. I'd like to roll that off-brand bike into the trash, though.

Antique Bonanza from the 1960s is not chinese. Made in USA. Not sure what you bought. I had a used Bonanza back in the late 1970s. It had a 3.5hp Briggs on it. My buddies is essentially the same thing I had as a kid minus engine, but includes a predator engine. It's an antique bonanza from the 1960s. Dont want a japanese dirt bike. Just something simple with a pull start mower engine and centrifugal clutch so I can teach my son simple mechanical stuff.

Those look cool. We had something similar down here back in the seventies, probably a knock off because it wasn't easy to import stuff back then. Great way to teach a kid as it's so basic and have fun at the same time.

I'm passing on the Bonanza. It's just one more project I will not have time for. I have been still working off and on with the major shop clean out. I moved in the new tool box. Loaded the tools and hit up walmart for some cheap plastic trays for tools and such. Found these little wonders for a tick under $4 for 3 trays. I bought all they had. They worked great. I originally had all cutdown cardboard boxes for trays. All that went in the trash

Next up was the shelves behind the workbench. I took 2 trash cans worth of crap between the tool box swap and the shelves. Then went through my manuals. I realized half of these were for vehicles I no longer own. 67-78 chevy pickup, 67-76 chevelle, I had 3 haynes manuals for 88-98 chevy truck. I kept the most current of the three. 1981-1989 Dodge Aries K, 1997-2001 dodge durango. All the books, and manuals for the dodge Daytona shelby I am selling will be boxed up and stored for the eventual buyer.

I found some magazine holder sleeves for like bookshelves. I bought 2 of them. One has certain car magazines I kept that had ideas in them I liked. The other I set on its side and loaded up with all my cardstock and paper templates I have made during doing these projects. Worth keeping if you need to fab up the parts again.

Just think, if I actually decide to work on any of this stuff and get the axle together, that will clear off the RH side of the work bench. If I get the engine together, that will clear off the crankshaft in the plastic bag on the right, the white cardboard box of pistons and rods, and all the stuff under the work bench just to the left of the toolbox.

I am planning on buying new screwdrivers for the shop tool box as well, keeping some of the good older ones for either shop use, or to start to make up a small tool kit to keep in the house for them small jobs. I get it though, nothing is ever a small job. Anybody have any ideas on some good home screwdrivers. I was thinking of checking out the lowes Kobalt brand. I have Matco drivers at work, but I'm not paying Matco price for home use.
