350/4L60E, was bucket swapped but I put a red 60/40 bench in a few weeks ago. Also swapped it to a 93 grille and already did a relay harness for the headlights. My weekend cruiser/future carbed LS swap candidate if the TBI ever fails & can't be fixed.

Nice truck. Is the food at Still Smoking any good? I would love to visit Texas some day just to try their barbecue.
Most BBQ places here are good; everyone fixes it a lil bit different and many have different sides too. Most consistent good/great BBQ I've had the last few years is in Bastrop, Texas, SW of Austin. Southside Market started out as a meat market in Elgin (another small town out from Austin) and now has six locations around central Texas.
Bring your $$$ though because good meat is expensive! I had a sample table at work recently in the meat department and saw how expensive some of the better beef cuts are now. Told one of the guys, "y'all gonna have to have armed guards over here if meat gets much more expensive". He agreed!
There are several places in the greater Houston area that have good reviews and reputations, but most of them don't have long truck friendly parking so we haven't visited them. We stop in Bastrop every year coming home from the Lone Star Roundup show; great food and the parking lot is truck and trailer friendly.

I have never had any real Texas BBQ, but it looks so good on youtube and such. What is expensive? I feel like everything here is expensive but I may be wrong.
Yes I've heard everything is expensive in Alaska because of the trip to get there. But the meal the three of us had in this place in April was around $60 iirc. Brisket and sausage plate with sides and two big sandwiches, and 3 iced teas.
