Mono Leaf Rear Springs

I recently bought a 1990 2WD Regular Cab Stepside. The truck currently has mono leaf rear springs. Would that be stock for this truck?

3 + an overload. That's the short one on the bottom that curves the opposite way of the others.

...and a better question, what trucks would have what need at the junk yard

To replace with stock springs I would go with new springs. They are not that expensive and with used you have no idea how much the 1500 truck was worked like a 2500.
If you want to play around with adding or removing leaves for load carrying or ride quality then you may do better getting used but get extra leaves of different lenths
