Minor accident need a new bed and have questions

Hey all,

I need to replace my bed from a minor side swipe. My question is will a 6.5 ft box from a 3500 bolt right up to a 1500? Found one that's the same color down south rust free (from the north) and don't wanna travel all the way if it won't work.

The body panels are all the same, differences are in the suspension, drivetrain, and brakes. I don't see any reason why the box wouldn't work.
