low fuel pressure after replacing injectors

If the return line is blocked and pressure builds, then the regulator was the source of the leak.

If doesn’t build pressure, then suspect a leaking injector, faulty pump or pump check valve. You’d need to pressurize and then isolate the supply line to determine if it’s the pump or injector. A ball valve and some hose installed in place of the fuel filter would be one way to do that.
Yupp, i was leaning towards regulator too. I just pulled the upper plenum and saw a puddle of fuel where the vacuum port is for the regulator. Turns out previous owner put in some eBay brand called “Herko” and it’s like $12 lol.
