Looking for tape deck delete panel

Hey everyone, I have a 1991 Chevy c1500 and i just installed an aftermarket head unit that takes the place of the factory tape deck. I had to cut up my dash to get it to fit, and the original plastic panel that has the two vents in it has a hole for where the original tape deck would go. I’m wondering if anyone makes a delete panel for the tape deck, and where I could find one. I want one that has no holes at all that I can fabricate to fit with my head unit. Does anyone know of anything out there? (Pictures are of the head unit in my truck, and the panel I am looking for. I really am just looking to avoid having that hole to the right of my head unit)

They make a double din bezel for the 88-94.
The part is Metra 95-300 but imo i would cut a dash for one but since you already have that bezel is your best option

Couldnt find a tan one with the pocket so i just cut out the tape deck face and gutted the tape deck case. Added some felt on the inside.

Wasnt too worried about the OP. Ive just been soaking up info from everyone else here recently and figured I'd contribute in a small way. Also for those interested there is plenty of room for a dual wireless phone charger in there.
