I want to add an LED pod(s) to the rear of my truck. Amazon is flooded with brands I’ve never heard of. My first thought was KC or diode dynamics but wow are they expensive. I understand you get what you pay for, however.

So, anyone have any recommendations for a budget brand? Or should I just stick with something a bit more expensive from a known manufacturer.
This what I did to the Suburban for extra light in reverse. They are Nilight N123c-18 watt from Amazon. $21.99.

I bought a $20 light bar (for Atv)on eBay that’s incredibly bright and so far has lasted 3 years. Same size Rigid about $300. So I could buy 15 eBay bars @4 year lifespan = 60years of service.

I've bought square pods, round pods, and light bars off Amazon, never had an issue with any of them.
Do you have a Rural King near you? They sell them pretty reasonable as well. Not Amazon cheap, but it may be worth paying a bit extra for the convenience if you have to return it.
I do have a Rural King near by. I’ll have to swing by this week to see what they have. Good idea.

Those look good! I saw those on Amazon as well.
