I can tell you that a TON of vehicles are riding around out there with store brand stuff... I don't know about you, but I don't see parts just flying off down the interestate on my daily commute to work!


I put in a duralast fuel pump in 2008. It's still running. That was the second fuel pump i put in since new truck in '96. but in 2008 i stopped running the tank below half full.

I’ve had good luck with Moog and hear that Proforged gets good reviews as well. I’d take one of those or a Delco Professional (not Advantage) if they were not available.

You get what you pay for, and having steering components not come apart is pretty important.

i just got my "ac advantage" idler arm and i think it looks to be high quality..wayyy better than the stock unit.

on the pitman i also got the advantage OMG...and i got the "new/used" for 11.53 the ac box had damage the part was new sealed in the bag

I bought the Advantage anti-sway bar links for my truck, several years ago, and they were US made. I was surprised. They're pretty basic, so I guess there is a good chance that most of the parts are from overseas... they're literary just bolts, special washers, nuts, bushings and a spacer.
