Next was tow mirrors! I love Tow mirrors, I don't tow anything but I like the way they look and it helps backing up off road and in parking lots.

The one thing that I really wanted was to add some fender flares. Tried them in Black but I wanted to color match them.

Also got a custom tune from PCM For Less with a 89 octane performance tune. Finally got the speedometer right for the tire size.

Also took some pics for fun to see what it looked like all done.

Well I didn't like the 8 wide inch rims, wanted some 10 wides, so I found a good deal on some Procomp 252 15x10s that are -44 offset with fake bead locks.

The Thermo 4x4 acuator tooked about 15 seconds for it to engaged, so I did the electric upgrade with wiring harness to fix that. Now it switches to 4wd in about 2 seconds

Went hunting a couple weekends ago and I noticed that I need a front diff cover to cover up my electric acuator and my differential. So i decided to make one. I bought two factory aluminum skid plates from z71 trucks from two 98 chevys. I bent the skid plates so that it had a higher angle that was still able to clear the steering arm. I bolted a flat piece of metal to the front of the lift so i could bolt the skid plates to each other. I put the two skid plates next to each other to cover the entire front differential area.
