A full-floating 14-bolt or the semi-floating 12-bolt?
9.5" 14 bolt is semi-float. 6 lug on 1500 w/F44, 6 lug on 2500 "light duty" (7200 lb. gvwr), 8 lug on regular ("heavy duty") 2500 (oh, and 5 lug on the 454SS)

10.5" 14 bolt is full-float, 8 lug, 2500 (8600 lb gvwr), and 3500

Like Nad said, no 12 bolts on these trucks, never had 'em
