They're dot and sae stamped .
Doesn't mean much with Chinese aftermarket parts, unfortunately. Pretty much every Chinese made headlight assembly is stamped DOT and SAE, most of them aren't actually compliant. It has to do with international laws. The Chinese are pretty much exempt from dealing with consumer lawsuits over products sold here, so they don't care at all what stamps or certifications are molded into the lenses. If it will make the product sell better, they'll stamp it on there. American manufacturers who make aftermarket headlights for big trucks like you mentioned (TruckLite, GE, JW Speaker, etc.) are all based here, so if they screw up they're liable by law. Their compliance stamps actually mean something.
I highly doubt you'd ever be hassled over it, but Hobbs is right. Those circular reflector LED lights definitely aren't legal for road use.
