I don't think it's a INHERENTLY a sensor problem. I think it's crap software in the scan tool/scan tool simulator.
…was just about to say this^^^
I agree it could be a tool issue. I was stating that its one less thing I have to worry about since my trucks don't have these sensors. It's a few less things I have to not worry about when I am trying to narrow down a issue.

Have you lost your sensors? Lol
So you removed or that’s factory?

you have different problems. :waytogo:
I really do. I own 2 of them. One is my DD and the other as soon as I get the pitman and idler replaced will become a DD as well. Don't know why I have 2 6.5 with the issues they can have. I guess I like living on the verge of a major problem every time I get behind the wheel. Thinking of it the only thing that is gas powered at my house is my lawn mower and snow blower. Both trucks and the tractor are diesels.

They ALL have their issues. Having 2 of the same does have some pluses.

True but the list is longer for the 6.5 then the SBC or BBC. I have done what I can to prevent the main big problems but the crank breaking, main web cracking and cylinder head issues there's not much to prevention that I know of its a hurry up and wait for it to break.

I’m leaning more towards this as well, so would you say the readings are “false” and/or “sensitive” then?

What I say...doesn't matter.

What matters is whatever you can confirm with a different scan tool, preferably one that gives reasonable results on a different, but similar vehicle.
