Truck is a 1992 Blazer, its in transit somewhere between SC and WA so I won't be able to do anything for a minute but the driver side door lock does not engage with the key. It works fine inside and the passenger electric switch will lock/unlock it, but the outside key lock just spins freely. Any likely causes for this?

There is a clip that holds the arm on. It's likely in the bottom of the door.
This ^^ most likely suspect. And actually, two suspects - small metal clip that holds the pawl on the lock, or plastic clip off that which holds the rod. The metal clip can slip off if not installed correctly, and the plastic clip gets old and brittle, breaks.
