I can see a use for one of these trucks. It would make a great yoder-goater-toter. Yoders in the front goats in the back. Knew a guy that used a dodge extended van for this.

The 6 door looks better then the added ext cab.
And how bout a extra long bed.

The back story I seen on the long bed is someone made a bed to work on a cab&chassis since those where longer

the 6 door might have more square feet inside than my house.

So, the body is essentially two cabs welded together, and the truck lives in an area known for rust? Unless there's a crapload of pictures in the trusted reports https://epicvin.com/vin-decoder/porsche of how clean the welding was done and how well it's been treated against corrosion, that's going to be a big "Nope".
True. I don't think it was well-treated against corrosion
