I'm sure it did, since it was essentially a "regular" 3500 but with the rear frame difference (parallel 34" rails) and longer wheelbase. The rest of the truck from rear cab wall forward is the same as your typical 3500.

That truck does indeed look like someone took a C&C 3500 with the 159.5" wheelbase, roughly 2' and a couple inches longer than a regular truck, and custom made a longbed for it.

Those almost look like someone modified the images. Not that I don't believe it. Back in the early 70s gm also had the longhorn 9ft bed trucks. I ran across a few of those over the years but that is the first 400 I have seen with an extended bed.
