Just for what it's worth....
I purchased the m20x1.5 to -8AN metric adapter for the oil cooler line radiator connection......
Got them and screwed in sure enough good fit..... but I didn't run them all the way in....
So when I went to install lines I realized that they bottomed out about 3/16 shy of the oring contacting radiator....
Here's my solution...
I took the original bump tube end, had my local machine shop enlarge the fitting to accept the tubing (about 1/32"), then I cut the tubing flush with the fitting at the flare end......
Now I have factory bump tube ends with -8AN fittings and hose..... I'm glad it worked out this way I feel like I should not have to worry at all about these lines leaking now..... can't believe nobody has done this..... you get the peace of mind of factory connection that never leaked in the first place....
