Your talking about the click when it engages the clutch right? It sounds fine to me. Those compressors were never noted to be quiet during operation.
It's cycling too quickly though unless you have someone turning the A/C on and off for you.

Yeah I was talking about the clicking on sound seemed louder than normal. This was with the windshield defroster on. How do I check if it needs R134 or whatever it is?

Defrost will cycle the A/C compressor like that. It does that to pull moisture out of the incoming air.
A/C systems remove moisture from the air naturally.
You'll have to wait until it warms up around here to test the A/C system.

We're not flooded but we did loose the sewer system. Our running water is good so far.
We have a porta potty and we use buckets for gray water. We throw the gray water into the back yard.
We take showers at my parents place on the other side of town (Greeley).
I'm going to try and rig a shower in our garage this afternoon.
It sucks but it could be much worse.

Edit: Monday 9/16. My make shift garage shower works excellent. No more 10 mile round trip to go take a shower.
Hopefully they get the sewer treatment plant up and running soon

I often wondered why my compressor would kick on and off all winter. Good info.
