Is the 98 350 vortec Carbed?

I’m a new driver and looking for a truck I’ve have my eye set on a 98 Silverado but am wondering if they are carbureted, I doubt they would be but want to make sure before I buy. Thanks

Technically you could get a lot more power out of the card in with the stock do you injection on this vehicle. Although, the FI keeps YA LEGAL.

Not unless it has been swapped to a carb. These trucks had a spider fuel injection set up OE. Trucks before 1996 had a TBI, not a card, unless swapped over to a carb.

Like others have said, stock Vortec's are fuel injected.
