Has anyone put a 5th or 6th gen camaro rear subframe in a gmt400? I’ve been debating trying it as it’s a cheaper way to get good handeling, disk brakes, a strong rear end, limited slip, etc… and it’s just unique

You must be registered for see images attach

This is a 6th gen subframe, seems fairly straightforward to mount as it’s only welding some tabs to the frame and 4 bolts holding it. But the flange style driveshaft would be a problem and I don’t think that factory gas tank leaves enough room so I would need a rear mount fuel cell

It's been covered on this site before, but one of the Van Halen trucks had IRS from a Corvette under it. Along with other drivetrain stuff.
