what's goin on fellas?? I purchased this truck two years ago with burgundy interior, which was OK I guess, wasn't in bad shape but the carpet was gross, the headliner was sagging and overall I was never a fan of the color.

after looking into it, I saw people remove all of the interior parts on this various forums/youtube videos so that gave me the confidence to try and replace the interior entirely. I started with removing the dash.

after it was out I installed the new(ish) grey dash along with the wiring harness, this was by far the most difficult part of the process.

After I had the dash in I had to put the project on hold until I had some real time to collect all of the parts necessary, seat, interior panels, new carpet, new headliner.

after some time I was ready to remove the old seats and replace the carpet.

After some test fitting/trimming the new carpet was in and I replaced the shift boot with a much nicer one.

finding a new seat wasn't easy. the vast majority had rips tears or were badly stained.

there's a few places that sell replacement headliners but they were all too expensive IMO, after a few youtube tutorials and a trip to the fabric store I had a new looking headliner with only minor imperfections. beats spending $200+ :p

and if you'll notice the inner door handle area is still burgundy, they're pretty annoying to remove/reinstall so I'll just be masking off the area and hitting them some rattle can grey primer.

And there you have it! burgundy interior replaced with grey interior.

the goal was to swap the color without spending too much money and keeping that clean OEM look. took alot of time, but I think it was worth it.
