Maybe from the Mexico market? They had several slight variations on what we get here in the US.

For example, these twist-spoke alloys...that are 15" 5 lug.

It’s the RPO code for a style of 8-lug rims used on 99+ Chevrolet trucks, 3/4 ton at least. A lot of people use them on the 400 trucks.
