@Bondovw you need to PM ether @Shaggy or @Old77 . They are the only ones who can change your privileges. Form what I can see, you should be able to list what you want to sale.

After a PM with shaggy, the rules are this. You need over 100 post, and be a member for over 6 months. As much as I know shaggy appreciates any and all donations .

All @Bondovw needs is 12 more posts to hit the limit, as it looks like he has been registered since 2016, well past the 6 month time frame.
