I did pull the sensor and add some grease, and it's back on my truck. I returned the Advance Driveworks hub that I bought online, and they refunded my Paypal account the same day. This saved me money and some extra work, as the new hub didn't have the right metal brackets on the sensor wire. When I did the passenger side, I had to cut off the rubber and plastic retainers from the wire and transfer the metal brackets over... it worked, but I don't know why the proper brackets aren't there in the first place. Rockauto often times lists the retainer type, metal or plastic, so both are made. I'm not sure what actually uses the plastic and rubber retainers.
