If gm had badge engineered they're way through most of the their brands, imagine getting an Olds Bravada that wasn't crap because it wasnt an S10

I sat in a Bravada at the new car show the year they came out. It had black leather bucket seats, and they fit me very well. I wanted them bad! Maybe the rest of it's crap, but I'd still like a pair of those seats.....

There's a lowered RCSB 400 around here that's running an '87 GNX 3.8.
Bigger turbo/3" single exhaust. Better cam. Stock crank, stock rods w/stock rod bolts, and even the stock main caps. No girdle.
700R4 & a 4.11'd SS 14 bolt.
A good tune, a tank of 108 + more timing.
That thing is stupid fast. Runs mid-10's at around 130mph on 20lb.s of boost.

GNX. The engine sat on a stand in his shop's office for some years.
I used to drool over it when I was there. Tried to buy it on more than one occasion.
He knew it wasn't the POS I tried to convince him that it was.

Not officially, I think this is a one off. Looks like the factory did it though, very well done!
