i think i wanna lower my truck, what's it gonna take?

ull have to cut the frame for th ec notches if u get a flip kit

that's fine, i don't tow anything or haul anything heavy enough to make me worry about the frame. and my best friend is a fabricator so getting it done shouldn't be a problem.

and some decent shocks should get me going in the right direction. but will my wheels and tires clear? the truck has 265/??/16s on it off of a 2010 chevy k2500 on it.

did you ever find any drop spindles that would work for your 2500 im in the same boat

Just be sure of what you want before you start. Mine was lowered but the assend was too high for my taste, but the C notches that were done wouldn't let me lower it anymore to make the truck level. I had to have the "above frame/below bed" notch done and it isn't cheap, so its better to do it once and be done with it.
Now it sits where I want it to.

Couldn't agree more. I changed my setup three times before I perfected my stance.
