I need these wheels and tires

Guys, not sure what section to ask this in. So if it’s wrong place sorry.
My question is: there is a member here (LONMAN). I have tried to contact him with no luck. He has a pic of his truck in his last post. His truck and mine are same except cab configuration. I’ve always thought I didn’t want bigger wheels and tires until I saw his truck. Holy crap that truck is very sharp. Would someone look at his pic and tell me what size wheels and tires you think he is running? Maybe he has a lift also. Not sure.
I know this is an odd request. But I don’t know how else to find the info I need. After seeing his truck I’ve got the itch now.

Oh. Ok. So were suppose to figure out the new ones? Dont they still look like 16s. I just dont know the tire. But I doubt there 18s

Looks like 35's with an 18" rim to me. But that's just an uneducated guess when compared to this pic
