Thank you.
it's not positraction! somewhat disappointed and very surprised,
If that differential does not need oil (Limited Slip) I can get the other here in my city, in my country. unlike the other one that I have to bring it from "usa" and I only wanted to bring the necessary
thank you very much for the welcome and attention
I will upload something more of my project
In my experiences Limited Slip or Posi-Traction meant clutches that would need additive. My 1985 14-bolt and the original diff in my 1998 both were referred to as "Locking Differential". I've replaced several junk locking diffs and installed Yukon Limited slip in the 10-bolt units. Never had to replace a 14-bolt.

There are some limited slip carriers that do not use clutches. I have an Eaton trutrack. It has helix gears. No clutches, no additives needed. It's been in my truck a little over a year. I love it.

I like the looks! will definitely check it out.
I do a lot of car shows with my truck. Several regulars run an Eaton trutrack. One guy has a 1967 Elenore clone. 875 HP at the tires. He has an Eaton trutrack in a Ford 9 inch in his car. If it will hold 900 HP, I think it will hold a GMT 400.

A few more pics of Scott's car. I had to look for them.

Very Nice! I think I'll hit the show circuit if mine turns out ok. Our local track is closing. It's a track that saw several NHRA National events (Mid-South Nationals) and is first class. It is due to be demolished to make way for warehouses if the buyers can get a zoning change. That leaves me with having to travel about 125 miles to bracket race so I'm heading in the direction of the car shows.

Holly Springs not an option?

We have 2 tracks within IDK 50 miles I guess. As for the car shows, I have been going now for well over a year or so. It amazes me just how much attention my truck gets. There is a lot of love for these trucks out there. Most 9f the shows I go to, are just crews in shows. I have put my truck in 2 pay to enter shows, and I have won 3ed place trophys in both shows. After I finished all of the polish work on my truck, I started doing the car shows. I don't make them all, there are about 4 shows a week, sometimes more. We have a very active car show scene.
