This is a valve cover hose on the driver side that connects to the throttle body and I cannot find it anywhere online? The hose dry rotted and I have tried gluing it lol… It’s beyond saving. How do I go about getting a replacement hose. (Image posted is for example but that is the hose I am speaking of.)

Thats the PCV valve and hose. Bring it to a parts store and they will cut off a chunk of the right size rubber hose for you and sell you a new PCV valve.

You can go to the Parts House and get a similar hose to replace it. The only difference s/b the replacement will be flexible instead of "formed".

Edit: IIRC, I glued the valve cover end to the grommet with the Right Stuff. The other end just slipped right on the nipple of the spacer.

fortunately just something to stand up to oil vapor since its the fresh air hose , wouldnt be under much pressure
THe PCV if it had a bend like that, youd want to use something to prevent kinking when under vacuum

That is not an issue to be honest. When the C10s and other GM vehicles had the metal tube, the vans were all 3/4" rubber hoses for many years vs the formed tube. Just use the proper thick wall hose so it cannot kink.

I have used a 1/2" hose splice barb and 1/2 PCV/Fuel vapor hose on too many to count.

did the vans with TBI all get a THERMAC with TBI or was it just an option (I believe the TBI trucks had an RPO for this feature) just wondering

Nope many were built without the Thermac. I currently have a 93-96 454 G/P-van TBI air cleaner on my 1987 L31 350 Vortec powered van that was built without it.

Its been about 5 years since I had that same problem but I did find a new one in the Dorman "help" section at oriellys.
The row where the have various generic parts .
I also found the correct valve cover grommet.
There is no real reliable part number reference for Dorman so the part guy cant look it up.
I found the hose buy accident and that was after going to several Oriellys looking for something else.
As of 5 years ago they did still make that tube and both valve cover grommets.
You just have to find them on your own because the counter guy doesnt have that in his system.
The same goes for the right angle reduction size vacuum fittings that go to the plastic vacuum tubes.
Look at the generic vacuum fitting kits.
Some of them have one of those right angle rubber boots and 6 other ones that you dont need.
I also months later found the plastic tube but it came in a coil and had to be very carefully heat gunned to make it into straight runs.
I eventually found all of those parts but it took a trip to every Oreiily and Autozone in town over a couple of weeks.

I was surprised to see my uncles thermac is working right on his 95 vandura tbi
But his stove and the slinky tubing is shot

If his stove wasnt about to fall off id tell him to get a new tube instead of using aluminum tape on it lol..
