I have one acre, and a zero-turn cuts my mowing time nearly in half. I'm not going back.

That's why my father would like one. He has 4 acres, and mows probably 1/3 to 1/2 of it.

So to bring this thread to a conclusion the mower has been back together for about a week and the yard has been mowed. In regards to the front tires being worn in the center, I suspect that is from the previous owner. My dad said he's aware of the low pressure required and even quoted a low number that he fills them too... something like 10 or 12 psi, and the sidewall says 13 max, I think.
