How to remove the dash wire harness?

I have a 1998 Chevy Silverado with a dash that need to be replace so I brought a "new" dash. I have my old dash out of the truck. Now I can't figure how to remove the wire harness out of my old dash to put in my "new" dash. Is there a way to do that?

Am I missing something?

Here’s how I did mine (1998), maybe it’ll help. I pulled the dash leaving the harness in the dash, swapping it over to the donor one.
