How to MarkVIII your OBS on a budget..!

So I want to do this but I've been having trouble finding which pin is what on the bmw switch. Can anyone help? I'm buying a bare switch so the color coding doesn't necessarily help.

I have a questions what the temp a 98 chevy c1500 4.3 engine temp be.. And could i bump it to 195 tmep and is that a bad idea and does it require the computer be messed with..
