Hey guys, it's been a minute. I kinda got discouraged as I was working on the truck then I had a retina detachment. I had surgery and have been trying to do much anything so it would heal.
I've spoken to a few people and bought a higher 200psi air compressor and a digital filler gauge that goes over 200psi.
I held my breath and filled up the front bags using 1/4 tubing and a T fitting. Well it lifted the truck fine and took about 175psi to lift and sat at 150psi. The air lift bags are rated at 125psi and I have not done any driving on them yet. I spoke with Zach at Universal air and we said they could make a similar setup that would work better. Although the airlift works so far it's most likely pushing its limits.
Hopefully I can sell the airlift bags and get Universal air to make me a set to try. They are a little bit more then the airlift ones but if they work better it will be worth it.
Can I add video clips to this forum?

Sorry to hear about your eye. Hope you have a quick recovery.

Good to know they are willing to work with you on some higher rated bags.

Videos have to be hosted somewhere(youtube, flickr, etc), then linked here.

The truck has about 6 inches of travel with the bags. Here are some pics of the rear 4 link, sway bar and bags. I'm running bilstein B8 5100 shocks they have a decent valve dampening and travel. I have to clean it up more by removing the rear spring mounts, installing a shorter rear brake hose, finish installing the bag mounts and routing the air lines.

I had to readjust the rear bags so that they would sit flat when compressed. They are air lift bags and made with a bump stop in them. I'm going to use these air lift bags for now as I am finishing up the truck and hopefully be able to come up with the money for better bags.
I'm concerned with pinion angle and drive shaft yoke. I believe that if I put grease in it the sleeve will come out more but don't want it to come out or mess anything up.

I recently bought an angle gauge to see what angles the rear and drive shaft are so I'll post them when I get them.
Not to confuse you but I started this on my red dually but with the way the tires stick out I decided to just coilover convert that truck and air ride my Blu truck. I'm attached to all of them but all I'm putting into it I figured it should be on a truck I plan on keeping. Blu was my first big truck we bought it from and old couple that pulled there camper in Wisconsin to haul our horses around. She's now in Tennessee staying clean and salt free.
Here are side pictures of lowered, lifted and the bed just got painted. This was a dually truck that I converted to a fleet side with an 2002 HD gas truck disk brake rear axle. I had the drive shaft bearing, u joints replaced and balanced. I had a hybrid rear u joint installed to accommodate the new rear axle.
We put that body line at the rear of the cab in so it flows all the way down the truck. The tailgate has a 2015 handle in it for backup camera and lock.

My dually had like 18" of travel before I relocated the bags to the axle and while you could feel vibration at certain pinion angles, it never overextended the driveshaft.

How are you going to control lateral movement of your axle? The triangulation on your third link won't prevent it, but just limits the movement to an arc. The trailing arms won't do anything, except cause binding because their arc is different from the third link's. The sway bar shouldn't prevent it at all if the bushings are properly greased, and it's too fragile anyways. You need either a panhard bar or a Watt's link, or mount that third link the opposite way so that it acts like a four-link.

Or if I'm missing something, please explain because I'm truly interested.

Well, Zach at Universal air mentioned concerns about that. He mentioned to push on the side of the frame to see lateral movement but it doesn't move. I can contact air bag it to see what they suggest since that's where I bought the kit.
Pan hard bar would push the truck one direction when lowered?
Watts bar keeps it straight all times?
