Hi from Florida

I joined a while back . I thought I would say hi. I picked up a 94 Sierra Z71 from the original owner. It’s a work in progress and also a one owner truck. The interior is rough. I have a bought a new dash from LMC. I am going to change the color of the interior also. Not sure about the body yet if I am going to keep the stock color or change it. The engine was replaced with a GM crate motor by previous owner. He is a friend so I know all about it. I just put a reman trans in it. Everything works on the truck .I would like to replace the 60/40 seat with buckets maybe from a 2007-15ish Chevy/GMC truck etc. I am finding the seats are difficult to find.. Any help on that or suggestions is welcome.. That’s about where I am on the truck. BTW this is my first 4x4. All of my other trucks were lowered including my current 05 Chevy CC. The OBS trucks are still my favorites. I look forward to learning more and checking out the cool rides on here. Thanks

I've been looking for seats as well. They're around, but pricey most of the time.

I did have some on my watch list on ebay, incase I got desperate, but the guy is in Florida. He was asking $750 for both seats, and the center jumper.

They are high for sure. I may end up keeping the 60/40.. What I can’t seem to understand is why I can find 88-2000 OBS seats but anything later than 2007 is next to impossible to find. What’s happening to the late model salvaged trucks?
