Help Me Identify a Wire!

What is the wire coming through the firewall underneath the Coolant overflow tank on the passenger side of a 98 Chevy K1500 Z71? I have been having serious electrical problems with my truck, the last owner just messed with too much wiring. Opened the hood and this cord is chopped and I can't find what it connects to in the engine bay. Thank you I'm advance.

The antenna comes to mind if it’s just one wire.

Oh yeaaaa. Must be the antenna! Thank you. I really didn't want to have to try and look through wiring diagrams.
